Can I come if I'm not ready to adopt?
Absolutely. Stop by to meet the dogs, spend some time with Furkids, and learn more about adoption. There's no pressure to make a decision.
Should I apply to adopt before the event?
If you're interested in adopting, Furkids recommends starting your dog adoption application ahead of time. Furkids says applications typically receive a response within 24–72 hours.
Can I take a dog home the same day?
Same-day adoption isn't guaranteed. Furkids reviews applications and guides adopters through a meet-and-greet and the adoption process before a dog goes home.
Which dogs will be at the event?
The dogs attending may change. You can browse Furkids' adoptable dogs ahead of time, but not every dog listed online will necessarily be at the event.
How much does it cost to adopt a dog?
Adoption fees vary by dog. Furkids lists its current fees and adoption policies on its adoption FAQ page.
