Classic Subaru is seeking to hire one (1) full-time Used Car Inventory / Lot Manager to help organize, track, and manage incoming and existing vehicle inventory. This role is essential to keeping our lot running smoothly and ensuring every vehicle is accounted for, presented well, and ready for sale.

Job Description
• Manage and organize vehicle inventory across the lot and showroom
• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Check in new inventory, verify VINs, and ensure proper placement on the lot
• Photograph vehicles for online listings, keeping them clean and market-ready
• Maintain lot appearance, spacing, and vehicle presentation standards
• Coordinate with sales and service departments for vehicle readiness
• Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged, priced, and merchandised
• Monitor aging inventory and report status updates
• Assist with moving vehicles safely around the lot
• Keep keys organized and accounted for at all times
Job Requirements
• Experience as a valet, inventory manager, or within the automotive industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be comfortable driving different types of vehicles
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stay on task without constant supervision
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
